Boredom

In today’s world, being bored has become a common thing. If I ask someone what are you up to? The only reply I get is “NM” (nothing much). Then I ask, what are your plans for today? “Nothing.”

           In 1 day there are 24 hours, in 1 hour there are 60 minutes, and in 1 minute there are 60 seconds. Every second of our life is precious. Use it wisely because once it’s gone, it’s gone FOREVER!

           Being bored or being lazy goes hand in hand with each other. The reason you are BORED in the first place is because you are too LAZY to do anything. Now please don’t tell me, “I’m not lazy, it’s just that I don’t have anything to do.” There are innumerable things; you just have to use your brain. I guess your brain must have become lazy too.

           LAZINESS IS A SIN! Let me explain why…

God has a plan for each and every one of us. And god’s will is that ‘WE SHOULD LIVE OUR LIVES TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITIES.’ So by being lazy we fail to do our best. Due to this laziness we stall God’s plan for us. So my advice to you is stop wasting your time and do something productive. Utilize your time to the fullest. Because once it’s gone it’s gone forever.

           If you feel bored while doing something, then you probably don’t LIKE IT. For instance, whenever I sit for studying in less than 15 min I’ll be distracted or I’ll just go off to sleep. Now it’s not like I don’t like studying, but I dislike the hard work required for studying. We do not like to work hard. Come on, who does? We always take the easy way out. But the fact remains there is no easy way. Whether you like it or not, in life working hard to your full potential is the only way. If you fail then try, try again until you succeed.

Life’s Choices

Back in the old days when we were young, we never had to make any choices; it was already made for us… which school we should go? What activities we shall take part in? All these choices were made for us by the elders. But now things have changed… All of a sudden we are not kids anymore. The hard decisions are left for us… The choices of life!

       A, B, C, D. If B is Birth, then D is Death, and between birth and death there is C that stands for choice… Life is full of choices. It’s simply those choices that make you the man you want to be… any bad move and I can assure you it will be pretty rough. The decisions in life are to be thought through, any rush decision will result in a bad outcome and eventually in a failure.

       The choices you make shall determine the future of you. There will be a lot of opportunities waiting for you, but at a time you can only do one thing. For that you must choose. If you want something you have to leave something in return that is one of the rules of life. Prioritize what’s most important. So I tell you choose wisely because you’re life is dependent on it.

       Everyone chooses the easy side of life. No one likes hard work. They want success but they won’t choose hard work… Don’t run away from hard work. In life there are no easy ways, there are no short cuts. If you want to be successful you have to make a choice to choose hard work then only you will persist and achieve your goal. I assure you that, there will be many choices in life but if you choose to work hard without making any excuses, you will accomplish your goal… Your life will be on a right track.

Competition

        The existence of this world is based on Competition. Competition simply means a contest between each other to prove which one is the best. This creates unnecessary rivalry. In life in order to survive we have to face this competition. I would like to say the famous dialogue of the movie 3 idiots, “Life is a race, and if you don’t run fast you will be crushed”.

        There are innumerable types of competitions. Competitions related to sports, food, jobs, studies and many many more. The competition of sports is my personal favorite. I love sports; it’s a positive way for looking at competition. A conflict fought with peace and most of all its truly fun… Nature has only one rule and that is survival of the fittest. That’s why carnivores have to keep themselves in a good shape in order to acquire food. There are not many jobs and so many people that it creates even more Competition. In order to get job we have to study. Here comes the worst part. Competition in studies really does influence the mind in a bad way…

        Competition has its pros and cons. The good thing about competition is that it results in the development of the country. To prove their supremacy to others, they try to be better, this results in indirect development. The bad thing is that competition leads to rivalry among each other. Rivalry leads to conflicts and unnecessary disputes that in turn lead to enemies. And Enemies lead to WARS!!!

        In my opinion competition is a very good way to enhance one’s abilities to the fullest. But is there a need to compete with others? Is there a need to fight with others? What will you prove even if you win? If you really want to do competitions, do it with no other than yourself!!

TRUST

Trust is like an eraser, for every mistake we make, it gets smaller and smaller. And if we repeat those mistakes on and on, trust will disappear forever… Trust is very important in our life; everyone or anyone has to trust someone to make his living. If you don’t trust no one then nobody can be your friend, nobody can be called as you own, because you never let anyone get to know your deepest secrets… You are always alone!

        But when you start trusting, life comes back on track. Life is good, it feels somewhat like a positive energy around you, it’s one of the best feelings one can get… Then you want to get more of this, and you start to trust everyone whom you once called your friends. Trust can also be a boon as well a curse. Because when that so called trust is broken, it’s not easy, it’s never easy, Trust me on this one…

        The word TRUST plays MIND GAMES with us; it can be your friend in the time of need or your worst nightmare… it can even make your day or completely destroy that same day… but when this trust is broken by whom you never expected or never suspected in your life, there is a hole in your heart which can never be healed, your Heart is BROKEN!!!

       Trust is like a paper, once it’s crumpled, it can never be same again. But you can always try, you can always try to do the impossible, but if we don’t try at all you will never know. The most important thing is to try. You never know you might get the same old paper back again with the same old trust!

      At the end what matters the most is ‘TRYING’

FAILURE

Everyone in this world makes mistakes. Some small mistake, some big but every person makes some or the other mistakes in life… The one who learns from his mistakes doesn’t repeat those mistakes. Well unfortunately I can’t say that about myself.

         We have all heard this saying that ‘FAILURE IS THE STEPPING STONES TO SUCCESS’. Basically it tells us try and try until you have achieved your goal, until you have accomplished your mission… Failure comes to those who don’t use their maximum efforts and to those who don’t try at all! I can guarantee you one thing; if you try hard enough you can make the most impossible things possible… Only you require the will to do lots and lots of HARD WORK and success will be waiting for you at your front door… Trust me on this!

        If you make a mistake, it’s a new experience for you, you learn something new from it, but if you repeat those mistakes again and again it becomes a habit. And bad habits don’t die out easily… Even a small mistake can turn your life upside down in just a second. Making mistake is simple but to improve it, that’s the difficult part… once you have rectified that mistake, then you have achieved something worthwhile.

         Nobody likes failure, everyone wants success, but they don’t understand a simple logic. If you want to be successful in life you have to first deal with your failures. If you do that no one can stop you from achieving your goal…

         Failure teaches us something in life, something no other can teach, it teaches us a lesson that failure is a part of life; if you don’t fail one doesn’t learn. If you don’t learn you’ll NEVER CHANGE…
